Welcome to Second Bike. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before using our website or placing an order.

1. Prices and Taxes

All prices displayed on the Second Bike website are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT), unless otherwise clearly stated.

Prices and product availability may change from time to time without prior notice.

2. Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability.

In the event that a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Second Bike will contact the customer and offer the option to:

• Choose an alternative available product; or
• Receive a refund of any amounts paid for the unavailable product, where applicable.

3. Order Confirmation and Advance Shipping Fee

All orders must be confirmed before shipment.

To confirm an order, the customer is required to pay an advance shipping fee of EGP 250.

An order will be considered confirmed once the required shipping fee has been paid and the order details have been confirmed with the customer.

Second Bike reserves the right to contact the customer to verify order and delivery details before processing or shipping an order.

4. Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel their order before it has been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation or a refund of amounts paid, subject to the applicable Return and Refund Policy.

Where an order is cancelled before shipment, any refund of the advance shipping fee or other amounts paid will be handled in accordance with the applicable policies and the circumstances of the cancellation.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are subject to the terms outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Second Bike delivers orders across Egypt. Estimated delivery times and applicable shipping fees are provided in the Shipping Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information and for being available to receive their orders.

6. Product Information and Images

Second Bike makes every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and images displayed on the website accurately represent the actual products.

The product images displayed on our website are intended to represent the actual products as accurately as possible.

Customers are encouraged to review the product description, specifications, size, and other relevant information before placing an order.

7. Inspection Upon Delivery

Most bicycles are delivered fully assembled and ready to ride.

Customers are entitled to inspect their products upon delivery and are encouraged to carefully check the product’s visible condition and confirm that it matches the confirmed order.

Acceptance of the product after inspection confirms that the product was received in an acceptable visible condition at the time of delivery. This does not affect the customer’s rights regarding manufacturing defects or other issues covered under our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Incorrect Pricing or Technical Errors

While we make every effort to ensure that all prices, product information, and website content are accurate, technical errors or incorrect pricing may occasionally occur.

In the event of a clear pricing, technical, or information error, Second Bike reserves the right to correct the error, cancel the affected order, and contact the customer regarding the available options.

Any eligible amounts already paid by the customer will be refunded where applicable.

9. Proper Use and Product Safety

Customers are responsible for using products safely and appropriately.

Second Bike shall not be responsible for damages, injuries, or losses resulting from:

• Improper or unsafe use of a product.
• Failure to follow appropriate usage or safety instructions.
• Unauthorized modifications or alterations to a product.
• Accidents occurring after the product has been received and accepted by the customer.
• Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

This does not limit any rights that customers may have under applicable law.

10. Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Second Bike shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or misuse of products purchased through our website.

Nothing in these Terms of Service is intended to exclude or limit any liability or customer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

11. Changes to These Terms

Second Bike reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.

Any changes will become effective once published on our website. Customers are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

مرحبًا بكم في Second Bike. باستخدام الموقع أو تقديم طلب شراء، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بالشروط والأحكام التالية.

الأسعار والضرائب

جميع الأسعار المعروضة على موقع Second Bike هي بالجنيه المصري وتشمل ضريبة القيمة المضافة المطبقة، ما لم يتم توضيح خلاف ذلك.

قد تتغير الأسعار وتوفر المنتجات من وقت لآخر.

توفر المنتجات

جميع الطلبات تخضع لتوفر المنتجات بالمخزون.

في حالة عدم توفر منتج بعد تقديم الطلب، سيتم التواصل مع العميل ومنحه الاختيار بين:

• اختيار منتج بديل متوفر.
• استرداد أي مبالغ تم دفعها مقابل المنتج، إن وجدت.

تأكيد الطلب ورسوم الشحن

يجب تأكيد جميع الطلبات قبل شحنها.

ولتأكيد الطلب، يجب على العميل دفع رسوم الشحن مقدمًا بقيمة 250 جنيه مصري.

يُعتبر الطلب مؤكدًا بعد دفع رسوم الشحن المطلوبة وتأكيد تفاصيل الطلب مع العميل.

يحق لـ Second Bike التواصل مع العميل للتحقق من تفاصيل الطلب والتوصيل قبل تجهيز أو شحن الطلب.

إلغاء الطلب

يمكن للعميل طلب إلغاء الطلب قبل شحنه.

بعد شحن الطلب، لا يمكن اعتباره طلبًا ملغيًا، وتطبق عليه سياسة الاسترجاع والاسترداد وفقًا للشروط المعلنة.

الشحن والتوصيل

تخضع عمليات الشحن والتوصيل للشروط المذكورة في سياسة الشحن والتوصيل.

يتحمل العميل مسؤولية تقديم بيانات اتصال وعنوان صحيحة والتواجد لاستلام الطلب.

معلومات وصور المنتجات

نحرص في Second Bike على أن تكون صور المنتجات والمواصفات المعروضة على الموقع مطابقة للمنتجات الفعلية قدر الإمكان.

يُنصح العميل بمراجعة وصف المنتج والمواصفات والمقاس وجميع المعلومات المتعلقة بالمنتج قبل إتمام الطلب.

معاينة المنتج عند الاستلام

معظم الدراجات يتم تسليمها مجمعة بالكامل وجاهزة للركوب.

يحق للعميل معاينة المنتج عند الاستلام، ويُنصح بفحص حالته الظاهرية والتأكد من مطابقته للطلب.

يُعد قبول المنتج بعد المعاينة إقرارًا بأن المنتج تم استلامه بحالة ظاهرية مقبولة وقت التسليم، دون التأثير على حقوق العميل المتعلقة بعيوب الصناعة أو الحالات المشمولة بسياسة الاسترجاع والاسترداد.

أخطاء الأسعار أو الأخطاء التقنية

رغم حرصنا على دقة الأسعار والمعلومات والمحتوى المعروض على الموقع، قد تحدث أخطاء تقنية أو أخطاء واضحة في الأسعار أو المعلومات.

في هذه الحالات، يحتفظ Second Bike بالحق في تصحيح الخطأ أو إلغاء الطلب المتأثر والتواصل مع العميل لتوضيح الخيارات المتاحة.

يتم استرداد أي مبالغ مستحقة تم دفعها في الحالات التي ينطبق عليها ذلك.

الاستخدام الصحيح وسلامة المنتج

يتحمل العميل مسؤولية استخدام المنتجات بطريقة صحيحة وآمنة.

لا تتحمل Second Bike المسؤولية عن الأضرار أو الإصابات أو الخسائر الناتجة عن:

• الاستخدام غير الصحيح أو غير الآمن للمنتج.
• عدم اتباع تعليمات الاستخدام أو السلامة المناسبة.
• إجراء تعديلات أو تغييرات غير معتمدة على المنتج.
• الحوادث التي تحدث بعد استلام وقبول المنتج.
• الأضرار الناتجة عن سوء الاستخدام أو الإهمال أو التعامل غير الصحيح.

ولا يؤثر ذلك على أي حقوق قانونية للعميل لا يمكن استبعادها بموجب القانون المطبق.

حدود المسؤولية

في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا تتحمل Second Bike المسؤولية عن الخسائر غير المباشرة أو العرضية أو التبعية الناتجة عن استخدام أو سوء استخدام المنتجات.

ولا تهدف هذه الشروط إلى استبعاد أو تقييد أي مسؤولية أو حقوق للعميل لا يجوز قانونًا استبعادها أو تقييدها.

تعديل الشروط

يحق لـ Second Bike تحديث أو تعديل هذه الشروط والأحكام من وقت لآخر.

تصبح أي تعديلات سارية بعد نشرها على الموقع.
