    How do I choose the right bike size?

    We categorize our bikes into two types:

    • Kids Bikes
    • Size 12: suitable for ages 2–5
    • Size 16: suitable for ages 4–7
    • Size 20: suitable for ages 6–10

    • Adult Bikes
    • Size 26: suitable for heights 150–175 cm
    • Size 29: suitable for heights 175 cm and above

    If you’re not sure which size fits you best, feel free to contact us for assistance.
    Do your bikes come assembled?

    all bikes are delivered ready to ride.
    If you prefer your bike unassembled, please contact us before placing your order.
    Do you offer a warranty?

    all our bikes come with a 5-year warranty on the frame against manufacturing defects.
    The warranty does not cover consumable parts such as tires, brakes, gears, chain, and sprockets.
    If you notice any manufacturing defect in these parts, please notify us within a maximum of 3 days from receiving the bike.
    Can I return or exchange the bike?

    you can return or exchange the bike within 14 days, as long as it is unused and in its original condition.
    If there are no defects with the bike, the customer is responsible for the shipping and return costs.
    How long does delivery take?

    Delivery to all governorates in Egypt usually takes up to 3 days.
    Please note that shipping companies deliver to cities and major centers only, and do not cover villages.
    Do you offer cash on delivery?

    we offer Cash on Delivery across most areas in Egypt.

    For COD orders, one of our team members will contact you to confirm your order. A prepayment of the shipping fees is required via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash. These fees are non-refundable, except if the product arrives not as described or has a manufacturing defect.
    Do you offer maintenance services?

    Yes, months from the date of receiving the bike.
    Please note that this service is available for our customers only, and we do not offer general maintenance services.
